School Campus

A vast variety of flora and fauna makes the premises rich in diversity. Trees of Sandal wood, Wood apple, Custard apple, Black berry, Green berry, Mulberry, Sapodilla (chickoo), Arjun, Amla, Neem, Gulmohar, Laburnum and many more stand tall on the campus. Traveller’s palms, Fish-fin palms, Bottle palms and Eucalyptus have also found ‘home’ here. Besides these, scores of medicinal plants, which are valued by Ayurveda, like Panfuti, Muktajhuri, Ashwagandha, Shankhpushpi, Bhringraj, Hibiscus and many more find due recognition on the campus.

This lush green environment attracts many bird species, such as, common myna, common kingfisher, spotted owlet, crow pheasant, black dronco, golden-backed wood pecker, rose-ringed parakeet, Indian robin, tailor bird, sun bird, common barbler, black Ibis, bulbul and many more. Some live permanently in this habitat, others arrive as guests during the cooler months.
